To set up your email account in Microsoft Outlook 2010, proceed as follows:
Open “File” > “Information” > “New Account“



Important entries in the following form:
– Email address: Your complete email address
– Account type: “IMAP” (for automatic synchronization) if the account is accessed from different devices (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), “POP3” if the account is used on only one device.
Incoming mail server / Outgoing mail server: mail.nextron.ch
Username: Your complete email address
Password: Your password, which you can find in your account information from nextron.
(If you are missing the password, contact our support)
Click on “More Settings“

Check the box under “Outgoing Server“.

For additional security, configure your email account under “Advanced” with the SSL settings and confirm with OK.

After clicking “Next“, a test will be performed. If both checkmarks appear in green, the account has been set up successfully.
