The basic settings for calendar synchronization are as follows:
Server: mail.nextron.ch
User: Your email address
Password: The corresponding password
If asked for a URL, it is usually:

Instructions for Microsoft Outlook 2010+ (Windows)
To synchronize email / contacts / notes / calendar in Microsoft Outlook version 2010 and later,
please use the plugin ‘IceWarp Outlook Sync’: https://www.icewarp.com/apps/outlook-sync/
The wizard will guide you through the installation.
Instructions for iPhone/iPad (Apple iOS)
Set up a new CalDav account under:
Settings > Passwords Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add CalDAV Account (for calendar)
Server: mail.nextron.ch
Username: Your email address
Password: The corresponding password
After setup, you may need to display the calendar. You can do this through the Calendar app via “Calendars” in the bottom app bar.
Instructions for Android
Android natively only supports Google calendars. To set up a CalDav calendar, you need two third-party apps:
- Install “Caldav Sync Free Beta” from the Play Store
- Install an alternative calendar app, for example “aCalendar” from the Play Store
Now add a new account under “Settings” on your Android smartphone. Choose the account type “CalDav Sync Adapter”.
User: Your email address
Password: the corresponding password
URL: https://mail.nextron.ch/webdav/users/[email]/ replace [email] with your email address.
If necessary, activate automatic synchronization for the newly created account.
Switch to a supported calendar app (e.g., “aCalendar”) and display the desired calendars of the newly added account.
Instructions for Calendar App (MacOS X)
Open the settings of your Calendar app. Switch to Accounts. Add a new CalDAV account.
Account type: Manual
Username: Your email address
Password: the corresponding password
Server address: mail.nextron.ch
