  • Setup costs of the vServer: CHF 100.00
  • You have administrator access to the server on request and can manage it freely (install additional software etc.)
  • The servers are always located behind our firewall and are configured individually with appropriate rights (no open RDP etc., otherwise via VPN).
  • All hypervisors, storage and backups are located exclusively in Switzerland in our Münchenstein and Basel data centers.
  • Telephone and e-mail support:
    • Support hours (Mon-Fri 8:30-12:00/14:00-16:00)
    • Remaining times hostmaster@nextron.ch
    • Further SLA levels optionally available
